Lack of communication

Plusnet seem to struggle with communicating with customers.
Today is last day for connecting me and I have heard diddly squat since I signed up.
I had to post in here to even find out A connection date which I may add has been over month waiting and 2 weeks of no phone or internet.
Can’t get through on phones so this is next best way it seems
So I ask a plus net advisor to contact me on an email I can reply to as I am supposed to be connected by today and have heard nothing
