Keep losing connection

My PN router has dropped connection around 10 times this afternoon (that I am aware of). I tried getting through on the live chat but it kept dumping me out whilst I was moving up the queue (kept saying thanks for connecting and closing the chat window).

This is getting rather frustrating. My PN router is connected via filter to the test socket and there is no other device (not even a phone) connected to cause issues.

I can see you've already reported a fault regarding this.
