Keep getting disconnected

Hi I recently moved to plusnet from BT and at first the speed was about the same 39/40 Mbps connected but I keep getting disconnected and last night I was again and again today. Seems to happen often and I didn't have this issue on BT. Its become almost daily now and my connected speed has dropped to 33Mbps. It seems very unstable.

 

I've attached an image of the log.

Hello, welcome to our community forums @JheySL2 

I'm sorry to see you're having connection issues after moving to us. I've tested your line today and the tests are showing an "Unbalanced Cable" fault on the line so I've reported this to Openreach and we've been given an estimated response time of by 19/05/21 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further.

We'll keep you updated via a ticket ref 214351003 but feel free to post back and let us know how it goes.
