KCI Mistake from BT

Hello,
I'm due to be switch to fibre on 29th however BT (KCI) have informed plusnet the order was completed however livechat has informed me it's a mistake.
Now the question is..... will my fibre still go through on the original date (29th March) or will this completely screw up my order?
