Just upgraded to extra - no change

Just upgraded to fibre extra upload has increased but no change to download.

Any buttons need pressing your end Plus net ?

I can see the upgrade has gone through but it appears your sync speeds aren't syncing above 38mbps.

I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can look into this further.
