Just switched to Fibre but speeds about half that I expected

OK - I only switched today but I had a 20Mb ADSL on PN and the BT wholesale test suggest 40-45M down and 20 up whereas I get half that on each.
Any thoughts?

Looks like another PN profile nudge needed.
Either give support a call or wait for CRT to spot it.

Thanks - I've seen support pick up such items in this forum, is it better though to just give them a call?

Looks much better this morning. DL up to 40+. UL still around 11 but that won't kill me. This trajectory looks good Wink
