Just joined plusnet from BT and paying for fibre extra but only getting half of normal speed

Hi,

   just moved from BT and paying for fibre extra. For the last few years I have always achieved 70Mb connection speed. Currently only getting around 32Mb.

I can send samknows white box output for last 4 years to show if required.

Please accept my apologies for the issue with your broadband speed.

It would appear that the order had been placed incorrectly and the service has been provisioned on a 40Mbps/10Mbps product. I have now placed an order to correct this which will take affect within 24 - 48 working hours.

Following this order completion, your connection will go through a 10 day stabilisation period and rest at a speed between your estimates.
