It would appear that the order had been placed incorrectly and the service has been provisioned on a 40Mbps/10Mbps product. I have now placed an order to correct this which will take affect within 24 - 48 working hours.
Following this order completion, your connection will go through a 10 day stabilisation period and rest at a speed between your estimates.
