Ive just moved over from BT today and i've lost over 20mb in line sync speed, and the SNR profile has shot up to 6DB.
Have to say I am really not at all happy!

Hi @plus-user-65987 and welcome to the forums, sorry that you've experienced such a significant loss of speed, I'll try to explain why it's happened.
When you change service providers the Openreach Dynamic Line Mmanager (the smart piece of kit that makes sure you get the fastest speeds your line can handle with stability) gets reset, hence the speed change and 6dB SNR you are seeing. Assuming the line is stable DLM should improve things over then next couple of weeks back to where you were with BT.
Can you let me know when that happens, or if it doesn't work?
