Initial fault not registered til 24 hrs after first contact.
If not sorted today I'm going Virgin.

It looks like the engineer did pick up the job, but didn't contact you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Our tests are now showing your modem in sync to the cabinet. Can you factory reset your router?
