Just how bad can plusnet get?

Well it's been a week with no internet. Engineer didn't show yesterday and no explanation.
Initial fault not registered til 24 hrs after first contact.
If not sorted today I'm going Virgin.
Cowboys.....

It looks like the engineer did pick up the job, but didn't contact you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Our tests are now showing your modem in sync to the cabinet. Can you factory reset your router?

So late evening finally got a techy guy to talk me through resetting internet password in the router.
Disappointed that there was no proactiveness in contacting me after the fix at the exchange.
