Joined Plusnet Fibre Extra - good 50-60mb download, but only just under 2mb upload?

Joined Plusnet for our new home. Chose the top package "Fibre Extra" for the up to 72mb download and 20mb upload speeds. Broadband went live Friday 18th. Got 60+mb download for the day and 20mb upload. After Friday downloads have stayed good but upload has dropped to just under 2mb! Any ideas? I thought uploads of 2mb were on the normal fibre. I'm on the 72mb Fibre Extra package.
