Issues with new connection

Hi,

My fibre broadband is due to be activated today, I understand that it can be up until midnight however I haven’t had any confirmation that it will be done today.

I have the router, had a text back in august to say that today is the activation date but nothing ….

I have tried live help but no joy.

Will it be activated today?

Ic can be activated at any time up until midnight. It's often late afternoon or in the evening before it all gets set up.

Just had the open reach man here, he said he could connect to the system this morning but not now so he’s wondering if it’s a system error at plusnets end, he couldn’t connect to it anyway.

Now had an email saying that they are dispatching my router today, I’ve had my router for a good few days already. I have no idea what is going on now and can’t get help from anywhere!
