Yes that is the one. It shows your line has a very good sync rate, but the line speed is very low, also a short time connected.
It would help if a PN rep could show a copy of recent connects/disconnects, but also are you getting any noise on your line when you dial 17070 option 2? From a wired handset?

I just tried it now and there is no noise or sound on the line. So what could this mean and what is there left to do? Huh Huh

Is that why i get all sorts of Download Speeds (5-35mb/s)?

The maximum data rate is good, indicating the line is short enough to have good potential speeds, but the actual data rate is not good, especially the upstream, so something is wrong.
Are there any other phone sockets, even if they are not being used?

Yeah. theres one more phone box but that is not being used in anyway. The one im using is the Master socket

In that case, I would stick to the test socket, which will disconnect the extension socket. You will not see any immediate improvement in speeds, but if it's more stable, then the speed might improve after several days or weeks.
