I've had an erratic connection for the past few days. Yesterday my fibre broadband was extremely slow (around 2-3M) and since this morning there is no internet access at all. On the fibre modem (openreach one) the DSL light is off, then flashing green, then off again, etc.
Whilst testing your broadband connection we have found a fault on the phone service. This fault is the likely cause of the broadband issues you are experiencing, and must be resolved before we are able to investigate a broadband issue.
I've raised this up to our supplier to investigate.
