Issues with VDSL connection

Hi, this weekend have been experiencing a lot of issues with my VDSL broadband connection. Several outages and whilst it is up currently, the ping times for connection/latency are now long - over 300ms compared to a normal of 20 - 30ms. I have changed DNS from Google to OpenDNS and it made no difference. Is there a problem? Based in Lewes, East Sussex

Thanks but this is not an issue my end as nothing has changed. I know it is an issue with you, the ISP as when I use a VPN on the line, the latency improves. Also born out by the other forum member who appears to live about 5 miles away and is having similar issues. I work in IT so do know my stuff!!!

thanks for the link, Sheffield Manor just lost internet, fibre. Although I entered my phone number it didn't report any problem, but I can see an issue in Intake? I assume that's Sheffield intake, so it would be Manor area.
