Issues with Connecting to the Internet

I have been live with plusnet since the 23rd April (3 weeks) and I still cannot connect to the Internet. I have had all of the advice about letting them line settle etc, but now it is crazy. I can’t even open a web page, let alone stream any form of video. Some help with this would be great.

Hi @Mattyyd94 and welcome to the Community Forums.Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.

@BD I don't think being unable to connect to the internet at all could be considered to be a Speed Fault. How about reading the post before sending out the stock response.☹️
