Issues connecting to sites via fibre

Does anyone else have issues with opening web pages, I continually get connections problems in accessing sites, it's infuriating and seems to be ok if I disconnect and reconnect my wireless signal.
Eventually though it either doesn't open and I get a cannot connect page or the page will open in HTML and take an age.
It's getting worse by the day but when I try the speed tests i'm getting 38mb speed seems constant.
Anyone help?

Re: Issues connecting to sites via fibre

Hi Kevin
I have exactly the same issue. See this thread I started:
https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,144016.0.html
It appears that some Plusnet gateways have issues - this was confirmed by Plusnet when I spoke to them via online chat. The only suggested solution while they work on it is to reset your modem and hope you get assigned to a functioning gateway. I am on one that is ok most of the time now so am sticking with it rather than risking going onto a bad one again.

Don't reset the modem  only drop the session on the router if you want to go onto another gateway.
