For the past 3-4 days I've noticed connection drops on my Fiber connection, around 5-6+ a day. Also some issues with lag (images not loading or things taking longer than they should) on the line and also yesterday I noticed no dial tone from my phone line either (don't know how long this was an issue but I just noticed it yesterday).
I can't phone support for help and I can't contact online chat since it's down, as such my only option is a forum post.
I've also tested 2 phones and there is no dial tone on either.
I assume I will have to organize an engineer visit?

Is there any estimate on how long a post like this gets an official response?
As I mentioned I can't contact support by phone since it's dead and live chat seems to also be down (or at least I can't get it to work)
