Is this slow Fibre speed normal ?

Ive just upgraded from ADSL to Fibre and my download speed is 11mb and upload of nearly 18mb. I used to get same speed download but only 1-2mb upload.
Why am I having the same download and faster upload. I checked my plusnet profile and says I should be getting 60mb
Any advice on what to do ?

get onto live chat and ask for the Plusnet current line speed to be increased - see my sig for link

It seems your connection hadn't dropped to pick up the new profile,
Try it now?

yay thanks for the reset. 68mil download.  16mb upload. Was on my teamspeak and split second disconnet then reconnect and checked and was sorted.
