Is there no way of opening a ticket online?

I am online and have been with Plusnet for a few days.

Just got an email saying a router will be delivered

But already got it. Do not need another and will not queue up to speak to someone and no online help system

Just ignore it, they probably won't send another one, I expect the e-mail was for the router that they sent. PlusNet's ordering systems are extremely flaky.
