Is there a problem with connections to PlusNet today?

Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome are both running like ruptured ducks for me today, but connection seems to be at Normal speeds, is PlusNet having issues with its Servers?
It's like using an Internet Explorer stuffed with congealing treacle.

I had a time-out issue a couple of minutes ago but it's ok now.

Thanks Strat, Something's amiss, It's like driving a Car on flat tyres for me today, and I'm not seeing my PC faltering on other tasks, just online, but connection looks good, speeds normal.
If only I knew, I'd know where to look, or simply wait for normal service to be restored.

Have you tried a disconnect/connect of the router?

Yes, thanks, spoon whittler. My connected speed is good, Up speed inexplicably added 1Mb three days ago, which remains, but If I was told my speed was 3mbps not the 36mbps indicated, I'd believe them. Appallingly slow.

Which DNS servers do you use, if it's the plusnet ones you may want to try a third party like Google or OpenDNS they are faster than Plusnets you may find you get a smoother & faster browsing experience after changing.

Thanks for suggestion Terranova667, have set DNS to Google from PlusNet, seeing what transpires. Good thinking.
