Is there a problem with Southbank Point of Presence ?

As per heading FTTC synching at 60/20 Significant packet loss started at 8am this morning,

I believe this was spotted this morning by our engineers and it looks like it's sorted now.

Let us know if you're still having further issues.

It does indeed seem to be fixed (I'm still connected to said Gateway). Let's hope it behaves itself

Any indication as to what the actual problem was - routing issue ?
