I had a fault on my service up to Sunday Last, I have been informed by support the work has been done. Fault is fixed and as below been closed by BTOW.
The broadband fault has been closed by the supplier. Should problems re-occur, please restart the Broadband Fault Checker.
Is this the reason I cannot change ISP as they say there is a fault on the line!
All that message means is that the fault report has been closed on our suppliers systems.
It wouldn't stop you from changing suppliers.
