I'm really sorry that you haven't been able to use your service. 

 

Can you please confirm you have reset your router by switching it off for 60 seconds and then switched it on again?

Customer service on the phone are terrible

I'm glad the service is now working. 

 

Actually the support team, following your calls to them, are the ones who have resolved this matter for you. Just an FYI they did clearly set out an expectation of 4 hours for any restrictions to be lifted and the service becoming usable.
