Re: Is it time to move on?

Hi I'm still having issues. Router works fine but I believe I have sone sort of random fault with my line. Someone from bt came to my house before and mentioned I had something wrong at the pole but said it was fixed. Something is not right anytime I stream I get lagging and it stopping.
I've mentioned this to plusnet in the past but never seem to get anywhere with them fixing the issue. I believe it's the line
If that's the case I'll never get my issue resolved

Re: Is it time to move on?

How many wires go into the front of my box on the wall?
I see 2 really thin ones but also see wires in there that are not connected

Is the router rebooting though?

2 wires go to terminals A&B. the other wires are not needed. It does sound like you may have other phone extensions and these could be the other wires you're seeing.

Re: Is it time to move on?

How are you connecting to the hub 6?

(over wifi or ethernet)

I've asked already, but is the hub 6 also rebooting?

If it's rebooting then Plusnet might pop up the results of a RADIUS graph (and a GEA test)

If it isn't rebooting, then unless the GEA test flags anything, I'm not sure what they could suggest next.

Re: Is it time to move on?

Sorry I missed that question. It's not rebooting I just get like buffer issues.
Or dropping internet.
I have reset the bt hub6 and signed in to the plusnet username. I'm connected to wireless with my TV and firestick also mobile phones.
The xbox are wired

Re: Is it time to move on?

It not rebooting is a good thing, though buffering issues (if wired) is a problem, as is the device losing the internet.

Are all devices having issues or is it one device in particular?

Re: Is it time to move on?

Hi SUPRAASH, I've just been running some diagnostic checks and we're not seeing any obvious issues or faults relating to the line. Do you get the same lag or buffering when all other devices are disconnected?

Re: Is it time to move on?

When I have a lot of devices running it usually crashes and reboots
