Although a John Lewis customer, I understand that the service is actually provided by Plusnet. I wondered, therefore, if it was acceptable for people like me to post questions here?
This forum does not support JL subscribers so you can get no help with account related problems. But it is an open public forum so there is nothing stopping you from posting questions that other members of the forum (who may or may not currently be Plusnet customers) can possibly advise you on.
