From other sites I see ip profile on vdsl is around 96.8 of sync

I am using a bt smart hub 6a below are screen grabs from router etc any comments

The IP profile can be around 91-92% of sync speed under some conditions, usually reduced SNRM and G.Inp retransmission high. This would explain your profile speed.
