Is a DLM reset request possible

Hi, I have been away for a few months and  coming home i have found my partner has moved the Internet to a extension socket and the broadband speeds have dropped quite a bit. I have now removed the extension and reconnected the Internet back to the master socket, is there any way you guys can do a reset to get off this ip iprofile.

Re: Is a DLM reset request possible

Line stats

Noise up   17.1     down 22.2

Speed up  1887    down 17196

Att    up   27.9       down    20.7

It used to sync at 37 down and 4 up I think, but certainly much better than it is now

I do use WiFi, but that is not the cause of any of my problems, pc is hardwired if needed

Together with our network partners at Openreach we will try to provide you with the best speeds possible. If you feel this is not the case, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
