Hi Another provider says there is an LLU product on my line. I get this message when I check my number with a different provider "Line status: The line currently has LLU DSL". I had the same message when I left Vivaciti LLU to come to Plusnet and went straight on FTTC. Any ideas?
Plusnet buy all of their products through BT Wholesale so I can't think why your line would be shown as having LLU DSL. Have you switched provider recently?
