Is Broadband Down? Cannot Connect

Our Fibre Broadband has been down since around 2.00pm this afternoon

Tried everything but nothing. Light is Blue on the Router

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

We've tested your line and we can't see any issues.

Can you confirm what happens when you try to get online?

Came back on at 7pm last night

 

No idea what caused it to go down

 

While i am here, my 18 month contract ended in August last year, so I assume was on a rolling contract after that. The bill each month has been £39.98 since the 18 months ran out last August

 

I rang on 7th January this year to either cancel or get a better deal. Was offered a better deal of £27.99 per months for 18 months and took that offer.

 

However I have still been billed £39.98 for this month on the email I received on Feb 3rd...... We'll soon be taking a payment of £39.98 for your service. This will leave your account on or after 8th February 2019

 

Shouldn't this be now £27.99 a month?

Hi @tcj1971, I'm sorry to see the discounts didn't take effect on your recent invoice.

 

I've issued a refund for the discount amount and re-applied these so it should be correct moving forward.
