Intial Order of Fibre Optic Rejected: Question is now off hold

Hi Plusnet forum

 

My family have upgraded to Plusnet fibre optic, we have received a new router and it is set up, however our initial order was rejected by the automated system. An assistant has apparently resubmitted this. It said we will inform you of an activation date.  Our question has been on hold for a week and has been put off hold today. I know how busy you guys must be at the moment but I was just wondering how long until we will get some info. Our wifi is running at 4mpbs at the moment which is basically unusable for a household of 4.

@SarahPepall  Welcome to the forum.

Try putting your phone number in here then read through and look for mention of an open order and a completion date.
