Our Internet has never had any problems but today, multiple times, has been showing an orange bar and the broadband symbol is flashing red. It went down for a couple of hours this morning and then came back and has gone again now.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue. Having looked at your account today, everything appears to be back up and running. Is that the case from your end of things are you experiencing any further problems?
