Internet switched a day before switch over

Got a text from open reach at 10am saying they are working on the line, internet has been down ever since. Plusnet activation due tomorrow - what time will it switch over? Can't lose another day work...

If it helps to avoid the panic, the Plusnet date of tomorrow, really means by 00:00 tomorrow i.e by midnight tonight!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
