Internet stopped working

I had my internet activated on Monday and all was fine, worked perfectly that evening. Got home the next day and now it cannot connect to the internet. The broadband box had and orange light with a solid red 'b' sign. I know this implies it is a login error however I have been through the process of resetting loging in with me details over and over with no luck. I have been in contact with customer support and am waiting to hear back from them still, I also have opened a support ticket and am waiting on feedback. But j thought it would be worth asking on here to see if anyone knew a solution or could help out. I am desperate to get back online, need to play so games!
