Internet speed very slow with random connection drop

Hello,

I'am having some issues with my boradband connection. Steam is downloading at 200 KB/s with YouTube struggling to load a video. The internet keeps disconnecting at random times.

I have the Plusnet Hub One. I'm not sure what to do.
