I tried to ring the helpline but there was no one there to take my call. My problem is i lose internet connection many times a day, i thought i fixed it when i upgraded myself to a bt 5 hub a few days ago with much improvement but today is even worse disconnected about 5 times then reconnecting after a few min (oldrouter i had to reset to get online again). Its not a wireless issue as router says Connection status: disconnected . My family is going bannanas to get it fixed. Can somebody test my line for the fault please ?
