Internet randomly disconnected

I tried reconnecting on the hub manager page and I restarted my router..

Is your Hub getting hot?

are the cables definitely in nice and snug?

when your internet next dies, try making a phone call to see if it's your line.

Hi there @gingius first of all a warm welcome to the community forums.

 

I am sorry to hear you experienced quite a long drop in your connection. I've tested your line and I'm not identifying the cause of that.

 

If the problem occurs again I'd advise to follow the steps of the broadband troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net and if you need to you can complete the process to raise a fault to us.
