Internet not working and no phone lines are active

I woke up this morning and finding my phone wasn't connecting to many web pages and nor were my emails. I did the usual rebooting my hub 5 and etc.
Still not working and so rang Plusnet on 0800 432 0200 and line cut out with a automated message saying the number I'm calling has been discontinued or something like that.
Quite annoyed by this as I don't have a accessible Internet connection and no one at Plusnet can help. Also using up my mobile data just go sort this out.
No Twitter updates from either accounts which is shocking!
