Hi @mmdc, sorry to hear you're having connection issues. I've tested from this side and we have detected a external fault to the property which more than likely is behind the drops you've been seeing as of recent. I've raised this with our suppliers and we should get a update within the next 72 hours. The fault ticket I've raised on your account can be found here.
By all means if you are still seeing drops come Saturday morning and haven't heard from our faults team please feel free to give us a nudge on here and we'll happily chase this up for you.
