Internet keeps dropping

Hi not sure what the issue could be but my internet connection often drops connection during day/night. I'm connected via Ethernet cable and using TG582n router. Can you see any issues your end?

The connection between your router and the phone line seems stable:

Do you experience drops using more than one device?

Also, would you be able to connect your PC directly into the Openreach modem setting up a PPPoE connection as explained here? This would determine if your router is at fault.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Pretty sure it can be, though it's not something I'd know how to do.
