Internet keeps dropping

I have had fiber broadband for over a year and the last couple of weeks the internet keeps dropping and the plusnet router goes orange each time. Any ideas what is causing this?

I'm sorry to hear that your broadband connection has started dropping again.

 

I've tested your line and the test is picking up an external fault. I've raised this to our suppliers for further investigation under this ticket here.
