Internet is really slow, but line stats look normal

It started last night and has continued today.  Websites can take almost a full minute to load, video streams get stuck halfway, online games are like playing in stop-motion.

The line stats all look normal though.  Nor can I find any faults in the area.

If its any consolation I am having what seems like the same problem.  My speed test results have dropped from a normal 10Mbs download to less than 1 Mbs! Plusnet say they have no issues with Broadband according to their website but I have just tried to phone them (web chat is not available) and there is a recorded message saying they are experiencing network problems and are trying to resolve them.  Tried to get through to support to confirm whether this network problem is the reason for my problem but there is at least a 30 minute wait. Another recorded message suggests going to their website and raising a problem ticket but I cant see how to do that.  Dont know what to do now other than spend half an hour of my life waiting for an answer from support....

Clearly its a network thing, I'm getting dialup speed downloads, but my upload is normal. Hopefully this will be temporary.

Same here in SA68; been rubbish for the past few days!
