Internet is intermittently disconnecting daily, Plusnet line test says all ok..

Hi, Our internet is intermittently disconnecting daily, it happens with wifi and when we use a network cable.

Plusnet test report says all OK.

I notice my one laptop says no internet on the network cable icon but connects to the internet? How can I connect to internet when it says no internet?

Can you confirm we have the latest software on the hub? 4.75.1.83.8.263
