Internet drops out when phone rings

I'm a bit slow on the uptake but realised this only started happening when plusnet/bt moved my socket. It's now a real problem with three of us working at home. Help!

Is your master socket one of the latest types.with a clip on front? If so some are unreliable.

Either way try removing the front section of the master socket, if it’s the old type you may need to remove two screws. Then plug a filter in the test socket, which you will find in the fixed part of the master socket and see if using that fixes your problem.
