Since I upgraded to the PN TV package a couple of months ago and am now using the cheapo PN white and Pink router, I have noticed that the internet drops at least 2-3 a day, usually between 10 and 11 in the morning and then again between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. Sometimes in the evening the Freeview box will flash up cannot connect to internet. The internet light goes out on the router and then it comes up again after about 30 - 40 seconds, I never had this problem before as I was using my Netgear R6300 router, but can't now ans it does not support the TV. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm surprised that PN do not seem to monitor customer internet otherwise they would have noticed the pattern and that something might be wrong, hence proactively reach out to see what the issue is. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it the router or something else?
Hi there, As per the below graph we're not seeing any drops in connectivity, however the internet light going out when it drops would tend to indicate that the authentication layer of the connection is dropping briefly so that could be indicative of a fault. I've also run a full set of diagnostic tests, whilst they haven't shown me any obvious issues I would still recommend you head here to report a fault: http://faults.plus.net <img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image14437822093387.png"/>
