Internet dropping out

This issue has already been reported and an engineer visited our house and found that the issue was at the exchange, we have been informed the issue has been rectified and should have no problem no.  This is not the case the internet is constantly dropping out still, can this be looked into as this is causing some inconvenience?

Hi @colincharlotte, I am very sorry that you are still having issues. As a line testing is detecting no faults, we would require another engineer to further investigate.
