Internet dropping and cannot play LOL game

The internet consistently dropping during the day with a few mins disconnection, and the dropping time can be last 20 mins around 11 pm every day. 

And I cannot play League of Legends game on my mac, due to the Trying to Reconnect error message. 

I used Virgin Media and BT Broadband on the same Macbook Pro before, but the issue never happens.

Does the light on the front of your router change colour when the connection drops?

Nope, the router keeps showing the blue light.

If the blue light is always on its not the internet but its the WiFi Dropping.

Does anything occur in your house hold at 11pm?

I know it sounds stupid, but if someone has a microwave on it can massively effect WiFi. Its not that is it?

It maybe worth considering buying a better router, the default router provided isn't the best WiFi router.

Ideally if you have a wired device, then test that when your broadband drops. If it works when your wireless devices don't then it would rule out your connection.

Someone at PlusNet should be able to check their connection logs, to see if they are noticing the drops their side.

I just play mobile gaming, I didn't use any other equipment when the dropping happens. 

Do you know whether plusnet will provide another router? Thanks.

Let us know what router you're using? Is it a PlusNet Hub One?

If you can send someone some logs, (I am not around my sisters to check right now) it will show whether your connection is dropping because of a external connection fault, or because of the router being dodgy. It could be either to my mind.

I am using the Hub One. Do you know how to create logs?
