Down since early morning today. All usual checks done. Anyone know if Plusnet experiencing an outage in the WF17 Batley West Yorkshire area? Haven’t raised a ticket yet in case there is an outage. Other sites suggest Plusnet are experiencing problems.
Problem solved. The Homehub 6 I use had lost its Plusnet username settings. Re-instated them and connection restored. Don’t know how the settings were lost, I didn’t touch anything, honest!
