Internet down


I came back from work yesterday evening to find my router having an orange light with the broadband light flashing red. It is plugged into the master socket and we have a dial tone. I have tried all of the suggestions on how to fix it but with no luck.
I believe we are connected to the Broomhill exchange so I'm not sure if the problem could be with a fault in the line.
I was wondering if anyone could advise?

I believe that you've managed to get back online just shy of five minutes ago? Let me know if that's not the case, but you're showing in sync.

Thank you for looking into this. We were connected yesterday however the connection dropped during the night and we have lost connection. Any ideas what could be causing the problem?
