Tried phone 30 minutes wait online chat 22 customers in front of me not impressed at all.

I can see you've raised a fault online.
Our tests are showing it may be a common fault.
It's gone through to our suppliers and we'll try to get this fixed as soon as possible.

It's with our supplier at the moment, but it won't be fixed in hours - our faults team will check on the case in due course.

After 36 hours no internet it is  back up and running.
